My husband couldn't either, and he finally got it to set up using his PC. Now, for some reason, I have THREE 'Canon iP8720' printers in my list of printers to select for printing (Series 1, Series 2, and Series 3). I get an error with every single one i try printing with. If i ever can get it to print, it works nicely and is quiet, but i seriously spend a couple of hours trying to get the thing to work each time I use it, which really is not very convenient. I was very excited to get this printer. My husband has used Canon for years and we purchased an i3 a year ago and were very pleased. But this printer has been a disappointment.
